'Kombini news' from Paris, France came in today to film our 'hands-on' attack simulation women's self-defence course. They are in Montreal for the École Polytechnique massacre and are planning to do a show on violence made towards to women. They chose our course due to the realistic 'no thrills' approach we use in order to empower women and teens. College Charlemagne. December 7, 2019.

Our six week course incorporates live attack simulations against someone we know, someone we don't know, standing, confined spaces, outside, blind folded and lying down attacks. This is an all out war against someone who wants to do us harm. So proud of these girls who fought tooth and nail during every attack. ATTITUDE IS THE KEY. December, 2019

Riverside school board - Nov. 2019, self-defence workshop. An eye opening experience for all participants. They got a taste of what an actual, stressful attack would feel like. Panic, confusion and mayhem that goes on during a violent confrontation. Hats off to you all.
