BULLY-PROOFING YOUR CHILD – 4 options
OPTION 1 – Private, bully-proofing session
General private session information
- Private session duration: 5 – 3 hours
- Participant’s age: Children (6+), teens & adults.
- Location: In your home or at our east end, Montreal studio.
- Private session cost: Varies – travel time.
During the private session
- We dissect the bullying that occurred – what was said, done, results, etc.
- An action plan is put into place for:
- The family.
- The bullied individual.
- Confrontation rules & principles are clearly explained & demonstrated.
- Bullying scenarios are done with the participant & family members.
- Multiple bullying scenarios will be enacted during the session.
- Some family members will be asked to participate in the bullying scenarios.
- Corrections are made & responses are fine-tuned.
- Student attains the desired mind-set: assertive & empowered.
- We are there to work as a team.
- Our goal is to boost your child’s confidence in order for the bullying to stop.
- Before leaving, reminders are given on strategies established together.
OPTION 2 – Bully-proofing course (9 h.)
General course information
- Course duration: 9 hours
- Number of sessions: 6 sessions X 1.5 hours each session.
- Location: In your home, office or community center.
- Participant’s age: 5 – 12 years old.
- Parent participation: Optional
- Number of participants in a course: 6 to 24 participants.
- Cost will vary: (a) Number of participants; (b) Travel time.
- Equipment needed: Carpeted area or mats (can be supplied).
Course teaches children…
- They have the right to be left alone.
- To inform others they are being bullied.
- Avoid physical fights at all cost.
- Never hit or hurt the bully when taunted.
- The confrontational principles & rules of engagement when bullied.
If the bullying does not stop, they will learn…
- How to verbally and confidently talk & confront the bully.
- What to do if physically attacked.
- How to establish ground control & negotiate peace with the bully.
Typical 1.5 h session
- Module 1 – Warm-ups (10 – 15 min.)
- Module 2 – Empowering, bullying scenarios & confrontational games (45 – 50 min.)
- Module 3 – Combative games & fighting (15 – 20 min.)
OPTION 3 – Interactive, parent-child workshop (2 h.)
General workshop information
- Duration: 2 – 2.5 hours
- Participant’s age: 6 – 12 years old.
- Location: School, office, company, community center.
- Cost will vary according to: Number of participants & travel time
- Number of participants: 12 to 30 participants accompanied by a parent.
- Parents must accompany & stay with their child during the entire workshop.

- Our programs run from September to June.
