Collège Reine Marie, Nov. - Dec. 2024, women’s self-defence course. www.manoli.ca College de Montreal, 30 young warriors attended our "hands-on" no-nonsense, self-defence seminar. We were 4 instructors/simulators for this dynamic workshop which incorporated what to do if attacked standing and thrown to the ground. Job well done by all. Nov. 4, 2022. www.manoli.ca CLSC, Pointe Aux Trembles, 16 women are following our 7 week 'hands-on' women's self-defence program. Sessions are held outside, in the evening, in the park.
