Marie Clarac High School 2026 - 90 girls, 6 sessions, stand-up & ground attack simulations experiences by each participant. Bravo to all these warrior! A life skill they will carry for ever. Empowerment through ‘hands-on’ attack simulations. Bringing out the animal within. Collège de Montréal, Nov. 1, 2024 Collège Charlemagne, teens 'hands-on' self-defence course given as an after school program. Our six week course incorporates live attack simulations against someone we know, someone we don't know, standing, confined spaces, outside, blind folded and lying down attacks. This is an all out war against someone who wants to do us harm. So proud of these girls who fought tooth and nail during every attack. ATTITUDE IS THE KEY. December, 2019. Aldo group, March 21, 2018.
