Collège St. Anne, May 7, 2024. Great energy and focus from this group of young girls confronted with multiple attack simulations. Parents were invited to attend the last class and witness what their daughters had experienced during the past 6 sessions together...wow! What an accomplishment and attitude change from these young participants. Job well done! www.manoli.ca Karate & Jiu-Jitsu training outside in our beautiful, snowy wonderland.
