College Charlemagne, teens 'hands-on' self-defence course. These girls were motivated. Their heart and soul were left on the mats after they were done with us. Truly an outstanding performance. An empowering example of 'Doing whatever it takes' to get out of the situation. A true honour to have worked with them. Nov. 30, 2021 CLSC, Pointe Aux Trembles, 16 women are following our 7 week 'hands-on' women's self-defence program. Sessions are held outside, in the evening, in the park.
