All women and teenagers should get a taste of these types of 'No-holds barred' self-defence courses in order to understand and feel the rage needed to fend off people who don't respect their No! SHAD McGill program for gifted students. Over 30 girls participated in our hands-on women's self-defence workshop. July 2019, downtown Montreal. The simulated attacks are 'Crazy, real'. Getting robbed at knife point then taken to an isolated location to be violated. Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019.
