CLSC, Pointe Aux Trembles, 16 women are following our 7 week 'hands-on' women's self-defence program. Sessions are held outside, in the evening, in the park. Empowerment, Attitude and realistic options in doing 'WHATEVER IT TAKES' to get out of a violent confrontation. Sept. 2021. 'Kombini news' from Paris, France came in today to film our 'hands-on' attack simulation women's self-defence course. They are in Montreal for the École Polytechnique massacre and are planning to do a show on violence made towards to women. They chose our course due to the realistic 'no thrills' approach we use in order to empower women and teens. College Charlemagne. December 7, 2019.
