Royal West Academy, April 25, 2023. What a dynamic group. High energy, good attitude and a "Do what ever it takes" attitude to boot. Job well done! Went to grapple at a small JiuJitsu club in Brossard. Had a blast, a great bunch of people - Aug. 2021 Shawinigan, Qc. Women's 'hands-on' self-defence workshop. Nov. 29, 2019 The simulated attacks are 'Crazy, real'. Getting robbed at knife point then taken to an isolated location to be violated. Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019.
