Nov. 15, 2025 training outside at the Beaconsfield Rec. center Marie Clarac 2024, 90 girls, 6 ‘hands-on’ simulation oriented self-defence classes working on standing and ground attacks. Good job to everyone who put their heart and soul into it. www.manoli.ca College de Montreal, 30 young warriors attended our "hands-on" no-nonsense, self-defence seminar. We were 4 instructors/simulators for this dynamic workshop which incorporated what to do if attacked standing and thrown to the ground. Job well done by all.
