Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. Canada post, women empowerment day in Three Rivers, Qc. Feb. 10, 2019 We worked on various hands-on attack simulations including: someone we know, someone we don't know, confined spaces, blindfold attacks and of course standing brought to the floor, lying down and any attack their little heart desired. We also had them work passive resistance and what to do if nothing worked on this guy. A full day of non-stop action.
