Step 2. YOU & your agent will receive…

- A detailed lesson plan for 8 private ‘hands-on’ self-defense sessions.
- A cost assessment as requested by IVAC.
- A delivery confirmation number that the assessment was received by IVAC.
- YOU can now do the follow up with your IVAC agent for their approval.
Step 3. Once your IVAC agent approves the cost assessment…

- Ask your IVAC / CNESST agent to contact Mr. Manoli with the good news.
- We will contact YOU to coordinate our mutual availability to begin training:
- 8 private ‘hands-on’ self-defense training sessions.
- Mornings, afternoons, evenings or weekend.
- YOU will receive a 3 page training preparation file:
- Location: St. Léonard studio (Lacordaire / Couture).
- Waiver form to fill out, sign & return to us.
- Information on:
- What to bring.
- What to wear, etc.
- If you wish, you can be accompanied by a relative or friend (moral support).
- We will invoice IVAC / CNESST for your private self-defense sessions.
- Together & at your pace, we will cover:
