Small group self-defence workshop - Feb. 12, 2023 City of Dorval Day Camp, 'Street Smart' workshop - Aug. 2021 Karate training outside the Beaconsfield Recreation Center. First training session after the lockdown, what a joyous occasion. Distancing was respected and the session was divided up into warmups, basics, Makiwara on the shields attached to the trees and Kata. A different training mind set. If you don't adapt, you slowly die, so we must do what we must do to keep the flame alive.
