Collège de Montréal, Nov. 1, 2024 Feb. 24, 2023 - Montreal, Qc.: Oeil Santé MD - 27 women participated in our "hands-on" no-holds barred self-defence workshop. What an experience had by all. 3 attack stations set to experience different scenarios from confined spaces, ground attacks, blind folded, stranger attacks and much more. A great group to work with. Bravo! www.manoli.ca WE ARE BACK. Downtown Montreal, 'Hands-on' self-defence workshops for Secondary 1, 2 & 3 boys & girls. 65 participants attended our 3 NO 'Non-sense' personal safety workshops. June 21 & 22, 2021. Air Canada, women's 'hands-on' attack simulation, self-defence workshop. DETERMINED & ENRAGED were these women. No! Is a complete sentence. All women and teenagers should get a taste of these types of 'No-holds barred' self-defence courses in order to understand and feel the rage needed to fend off people who don't respect their No! Sarah-Maude is a warrior. Both her opponents were bigger, stronger than she was. She took the fight to them and handled herself like a warrior. Placed 2nd in her division amongst guys.
