Beaconsfield Recreation Center Karate and Jiu-Jitsu club. Slowly rebuilding our club after the pandemic. Jan. 21, 2023. www.manoli.ca Visually impaired personal safety workshop - June 2019. Helping others is what it's all about. We empowered these wonderful people who face sooo many obstacles in their lives. We gave them options on what they can do if confronted. Worked on stand-up defence and what to do if thrown to the ground, then we attacked Collège de Montreal, hands-on, self-defence workshop for boys and girls. Secondary 1-5. Ground attacks. The legs and their devastating power. What determination, what attitude. Excellent work done by all. November 2018. Tournament at the Beaconsfield recreation centre.
