Good to be back once again empowering these wonderful people. Lesson learnt - Depend on your animal, survival instincts....disrupt his plan any which way you can. Your resistance strategies fall into 3 basic categories: verbal, physical and passive resistance (feinting illness, acting crazy, urinating, etc.). Empowerment through 'hands-on' attack simulations.
