May 15, 2024: Royal West Academy, 3 hour basic women's 'hands-on' self-defence workshop. What an adventure for these great warriors. Simulations done: Acquaintance, stranger, confined & surprise attacks - then we went to the ground. Good energy and an empowering experience for all the girls. www.manoli.ca
