April 20, 2024 - City of Westmount 'hands-on' self-defence workshop for women & teens. What an empowering experience for all participants. Attacks simulations done - someone we know, stranger/danger, verbal & sexual harassment, confined spaces and much more. www.manoli.ca Châteauguay, Qc. April, 2022.
