Sarah-Maude is a warrior. Both her opponents were bigger, stronger than she was. She took the fight to them and handled herself like a warrior. Placed 2nd in her division amongst guys. Marie Clarac, 2025. Three groups - 90 girls X 18 sessions. Our instructors & simulators. Mirabel tournament, March 11, 2023 - 5 students attended this annual tournament and 7 medals came home. 5 for fighting and 2 for Kata. Good job done by all. Hard work pays off. www.manoli.ca 155 teenage girls participated on our 6 weeks "hands-on" women's self-defence course at Marie Clarac school, in Montreal. What a challenge these girls were. Empowerment and hard work in order to manage the chaos and panic that occurs during a harmful confrontation. So proud of all the participants. January to April, 2022. www.manoli.ca .
