May 30, 2022 155 teenage girls participated on our 6 weeks "hands-on" women's self-defence course at Marie Clarac school, in Montreal. What a challenge these girls were. Super performance from our adult students : Mike & Vlad who at our Beaconsfield karate & Jiujitsu club participated in the Mirabel Koshiki tournament. Both reached the winners podium: MIKE (wearing glasses) won GOLD in the adult organe & yellow belt Fighting division & SILVER in the Kata section. Vlad won GOLD in the Kata division (he did not fight due to an eye injury). Hard work certainly pays off. BRAVO!
