May 30, 2022 155 teenage girls participated on our 6 weeks "hands-on" women's self-defence course at Marie Clarac school, in Montreal. What a challenge these girls were. Job well done by all participants. Great to see the animal survival instinct that comes out when attacked. Jan. 21, 2023. www.manoli.ca Private "hands-on" self-defence course at my St. Leonard studio. Job well done. June 202 The simulated attacks are 'Crazy, real'. Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019.
