Mirabel tournament, March 11, 2023 - 5 students attended this annual tournament and 7 medals came home. 5 for fighting and 2 for Kata. Good job done by all. Hard work pays off. www.manoli.ca College Charlemagne, teens 'hands-on' self-defence course. These girls were motivated. Their heart and soul were left on the mats after they were done with us. Truly an outstanding performance. An empowering example of 'Doing whatever it takes' to get out of the situation. A true honour to have worked with them. Dec. 3rd 2016, Beaconsfield Recreation Centre Train with a friend day at our club - May, 2010 Sécurité des femmes au CRECA. Sensei Manoli, silver medalist in Australia - 1985 Blindfolded is a way to get the animal in you out.
