Marie Clarac High School 2026 - 90 girls, 6 sessions, stand-up & ground attack simulations experiences by each participant. Bravo to all these warrior! A life skill they will carry for ever. Empowerment through ‘hands-on’ attack simulations. Bringing out the animal within. Air Canada, women's 'hands-on' attack simulation, self-defence workshop. DETERMINED & ENRAGED were these women.  No! Is a complete sentence. All women and teenagers should get a taste of these types of 'No-holds barred' self-defence courses in order to understand and feel the rage needed to fend off people who don't respect their No! Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019.
