Royal West Academy, April 2026. Teens ‘hands-on’ self-defence workshop. Stand-up attack simulations.

CLSC, Pointe Aux Trembles, 16 women are following our 7 week 'hands-on' women's self-defence program. Sessions are held outside, in the evening, in the park. Empowerment, Attitude and realistic options in doing 'WHATEVER IT TAKES' to get out of a violent confrontation. Sept. 2021.

Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019.
