Self-Defense Workshop - April 15th Villa Maria High School - November 2019 2 attackers select their victim. These girls were tough as nails. Here comes trouble - they selected her to have some fun. Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019. College Charlemagne high school. 23 girls braved our 6 week hands-on simulation oriented self-defence course. What action, what fun and what empowerment from these ladies. Great stuff.
