Air Canada, women's 'hands-on' attack simulation, self-defence workshop. DETERMINED & ENRAGED were these women. No! Is a complete sentence. All women and teenagers should get a taste of these types of 'No-holds barred' self-defence courses in order to understand and feel the rage needed to fend off people who don't respect their No!

Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019.

$Our Beaconsfield/Baie d\'urfé team who participated in the full contact Koashiki competition. Thirteen of our students participated in this yearly safety contact Karate event and we brought back 18 medals. Every one of our students reached the winners podium in either Kata or Shiai with the exception of one student.$ $Nun\'s Island assault prevention workshop - Nov. 2007$
