Poste Canada - 3 hour ‘hands-on’ women’s self defence workshop. Sept. 21, 2024. Three rivers, Quebec. What an adventure…www.manoli.ca Collège Charlemagne, Nov. 2023. www.manoli.ca College de Montreal, 30 young warriors attended our "hands-on" no-nonsense, self-defence seminar. We were 4 instructors/simulators for this dynamic workshop which incorporated what to do if attacked standing and thrown to the ground. Job well done by all. Nov. 4, 2022. www.manoli.ca Bravo to. Paul S., Sara-Maude S & Paul H. For their hard work. Brown belt exam passed. Dec. 8, 2018 Class 4 done. Club participated in a huge tournament in Orlando, Florida. They did well, so to keep up the Vibe, best to keep rolling. So the complete session was to roll and keep rolling. Awesome night with these great people. One more session tomorrow before heading home. Thank you Professor Almeida for the privilege of allowing me to train at your club.
