Small group 'hands-on' women & teens self-defence workshop. Good to be back once again empowering these wonderful people. Lesson learnt - Depend on your animal, survival instincts....disrupt his plan any which way you can. Your resistance strategies fall into 3 basic categories: verbal, physical and passive resistance (feinting illness, acting crazy, urinating, etc.). Empowerment through 'hands-on' attack simulations. Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019.
