All women and teenagers should get a taste of these types of 'No-holds barred' self-defence courses in order to understand and feel the rage needed to fend off people who don't respect their No! We had two Judokas visit our club today from Club de Judo Anjou. Karl is a Black belt and Marco is a brown belt. Great training session.
