A wonderful learning experience from a 7th degree coral belt. Hoping to see him again one day. Outdoor training in Beaconsfield November 2019 'No!' Is a complete sentence - Sacred Heart School, mom and teens 'hands-on' attack simulations, self-defence workshop. April, 2019. These ladies were dynamite. Determined, focused and above all 'No! Means 'No!' Bravo to all the participants and to those who organized it. Not easy grappling in the snow with all that gear on. We were blessed with the beautiful Canadian weather.
