Action always beats reaction. When faced with a confrontational or violent situation, don’t over think. Your reptilian brain is never wrong. Stay safe out there! Nov. 15, 2025 training outside at the Beaconsfield Rec. center Collège de Montréal, Nov. 1, 2024 December 2, 2023 - Beaconsfield Koshiki tournament 155 teenage girls participated on our 6 weeks "hands-on" women's self-defence course at Marie Clarac school, in Montreal. What a challenge these girls were. Empowerment and hard work in order to manage the chaos and panic that occurs during a harmful confrontation. So proud of all the participants.
