Sarah-Maude is a warrior. Both her opponents were bigger, stronger than she was. She took the fight to them and handled herself like a warrior. Placed 2nd in her division amongst guys. No holds barred scenarios implicating someone they know, someone they don't know, sexual harassment, confined spaces...Empowerment at its finest, giving these girls realistic options when confronted. www.manoli.ca WE ARE BACK. Downtown Montreal, 'Hands-on' self-defence workshops for Secondary 1, 2 & 3 boys & girls. 65 participants attended our 3 NO 'Non-sense' personal safety workshops. June 21 & 22, 2021. Thursday & Saturday training at the Beaconsfield Recreation Center. Karate, bully-proofing and JiuJitsu club. A family oriented club where we practice both stand up Koshiki/Kenkokan Karate and ground (Ne-waza) Brazilian JiuJitsu. Dynamic, applicable, realistic training for everyone. SHAD McGill program for gifted students. Over 30 girls participated in our hands-on women's self-defence workshop. July 2019, downtown Montreal.
