Dec. 12, 2023 attended a BJJ workshop with master Evanri Gurgel from Arena BJJ Brazil. A wonderful learning experience from a 7th degree coral belt. Hoping to see him again one day. 155 teenage girls participated on our 6 weeks "hands-on" women's self-defence course at Marie Clarac school, in Montreal. What a challenge these girls were. Empowerment and hard work in order to manage the chaos and panic that occurs during a harmful confrontation. So proud of all the participants. January to April, 2022. www.manoli.ca . Marie Clarac, January to April 2022. Thirty six 'hands-on' attack simulation oriented self-defence classes given to 155 secondary 4 and 5 girls. What an experience these girls are living.
