Self-defence for the physically handicapped. What a challenge. I had a great time trying to help, guide and understand the enormous challenges these people face daily. We complain about life and all the hurdles it places upon our path, but it is nothing compared to what these beautiful individuals have to conquer on a daily basis. My team and I do we can to help everyone. A heart opening experience. In 2 weeks, self-defence for the visually challenged....can't wait for that workshop. June 2019. Montreal, Qc.

Inter-club Koshiki Contact Karate tournament - May 31, 2025. Three different fighting styles were represented: Beaconsfield Kenkokan Karate Club (Shihan Manoli); St. Leonard Kyokushin Karate club (Shihan J. Adesso) & Montreal North Shotokan Karate (Sensei A. Clairmeus). Bravo to all participants! College de Montreal, 30 young warriors attended our "hands-on" no-nonsense, self-defence seminar. We were 4 instructors/simulators for this dynamic workshop which incorporated what to do if attacked standing and thrown to the ground. Job well done by all. Nov. 4, 2022. www.manoli.ca WE ARE BACK. Downtown Montreal, 'Hands-on' self-defence workshops for Secondary 1, 2 & 3 boys & girls. 65 participants attended our 3 NO 'Non-sense' personal safety workshops. June 21 & 22, 2021. Bully-proofing and karate class for parents and children. Beaconsfield Recreation Centre. Dec. 2017. Beautiful to see all these hard working kids and parents. We develop an 'Attitude' based training backed by technical knowledge of what to do if bullied.
