After over 40 years, Sensei Manoli has retired from active teaching.
The Karate & Grappling club at the Beaconsfield Rec. Center is closed.
The children’s Karate program stresses kicking and punching combinations, escapes and counter techniques, helping children improve speed, precision, agility & self-confidence.
The bully-proofing program teaches children to assertively stand-up to the bully and if the bullying persists, bring the bully to the ground, establish ground control and negotiate peace without hurting or striking the bully.
