College de Montreal, 30 young warriors attended our "hands-on" no-nonsense, self-defence seminar. We were 4 instructors/simulators for this dynamic workshop which incorporated what to do if attacked standing and thrown to the ground. Job well done by all. Nov. 4, 2022. www.manoli.ca Visually impaired personal safety workshop - June 2019. Helping others is what it's all about. We empowered these wonderful people who face sooo many obstacles in their lives. We gave them options on what they can do if confronted. Worked on stand-up defence and what to do if thrown to the ground, then we attacked 2 attackers select their victim. These girls were tough as nails. Here comes trouble - they selected her to have some fun and are now brining her to an isolated location. Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019. Beaconsfield Recreation Center, Gohaku Shiai - teen and adult division. June 2, 2018. Schools from Sherbrooke, St. Sophie, Côté St. Luc, Ontario and Beaconsfield were present March 18, 2018 Ottawa, Submission United Arts tournament. 4th place finish, 195 plus category. Blue belt division with Gi. Marie Clarac Girls high school, March 2018. Hands-on Self-defence course. Confined spaces. Manoli.ca Knife attack - huge stress factor.
