The Study, high school for girls - May 16, 2023. Women's "hands-on" self-defence workshop. What a joy to work with motivated women who want to learn how to effectively and realistically defend themselves. No thrills, no fancy stuff...survival animal instinct mixed in with rage. Bravo! Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019.
