155 teenage girls participated on our 6 weeks "hands-on" women's self-defence course at Marie Clarac school, in Montreal. What a challenge these girls were. Empowerment and hard work in order to manage the chaos and panic that occurs during a harmful confrontation. So proud of all the participants. January to April, 2022. www.manoli.ca . Marie Clarac, January to April 2022. Thirty six 'hands-on' attack simulation oriented self-defence classes given to 155 secondary 4 and 5 girls. What an experience these girls are living. No holds barred scenarios implicating someone they know, someone they don't know, sexual harassment, confined spaces...Empowerment at its finest, giving these girls realistic options when confronted. www.manoli.ca WE ARE BACK.
