Distancing was respected and the session was divided up into warmups, basics, Makiwara on the shields attached to the trees and Kata. A different training mind set. Second group of wild, motivated and determined women. Downtown Montreal, Canada. Most attacks end up in a horizontal position (ground, bed, table...). Know what to do if brought to the ground - Oct. 2019 Marie Clarac High School for girls. 6 weeks, hands-on, no holds barred, women/teens Self-defence course completed.
