Marie Clarac 2024, 90 girls, 6 ‘hands-on’ simulation oriented self-defence classes working on standing and ground attacks. Good job to everyone who put their heart and soul into it. www.manoli.ca Karate training outside in our beautiful, snowy wonderland. A different world when wearing boots, gloves and trying to grapple, punch and kick. A good experience was had by all participants. Beaconsfield Recreation center, Tokon Dojo - Kenkokan/Koshiki, Jiu-Jitsu, Nov. 19, 2022. www.manoli.ca Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019.
