College de Montreal, 30 young warriors attended our "hands-on" no-nonsense, self-defence seminar. We were 4 instructors/simulators for this dynamic workshop which incorporated what to do if attacked standing and thrown to the ground. Job well done by all. Nov. 4, 2022. www.manoli.ca 155 teenage girls participated on our 6 weeks "hands-on" women's self-defence course at Marie Clarac school, in Montreal. What a challenge these girls were. Empowerment and hard work in order to manage the chaos and panic that occurs during a harmful confrontation. So proud of all the participants. January to April, 2022. www.manoli.ca . Air Canada, women's 'hands-on' attack simulation, self-defence workshop. DETERMINED & ENRAGED were these women. No! Is a complete sentence. All women and teenagers should get a taste of these types of 'No-holds barred' self-defence courses in order to understand and feel the rage needed to fend off people who don't respect their No! West island MS self help group - Self defence course.
