CLSC, Pointe Aux Trembles, 16 women are following our 7 week 'hands-on' women's self-defence program. Sessions are held outside, in the evening, in the park. Empowerment, Attitude and realistic options in doing 'WHATEVER IT TAKES' to get out of a violent confrontation. Sept. 2021. The simulated attacks are 'Crazy, real'. Blind folded and brought down to the ground by the attacker. Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019. Sacred Heart School, mom and teens 'hands-on' attack simulations, self-defence workshop. April, 2019. These ladies were dynamite. Determined, focused and above all 'No! Means 'No!' Bravo to all the participants and to those who organized it. Not easy grappling in the snow with all that gear on. We were blessed with the beautiful Canadian weather.
