Collège de Montréal, Nov. 1, 2024 Marie Clarac 2024, 90 girls, 6 ‘hands-on’ simulation oriented self-defence classes working on standing and ground attacks. Good job to everyone who put their heart and soul into it. www.manoli.ca Third session done. Rolling for an hour with these beasts. 5 minute rounds, 1 minute rest between rounds. What an honour and privilege to roll with two black belts, a purple belt and two blue belts. Against the black belts, the song says it all - "killing me softly..." with their BJJ, the others take no survivors. So fortunate to be able to find such a school and such nice people.
