Step 1. Request a cost assessment…

    • Send us YOUR:

      • Full name.
      • IVAC dossier number.
      • E-mail address.
      • Cell number (optional).
      • IVAC letter: ‘Reimbursement of …’

Step 2. You & your agent will receive a cost assessment

    • A detailed lesson plan for 8 private ‘hands-on’ self-defense sessions.
    • A cost assessment as requested by IVAC.
    • A delivery confirmation number that the assessment was received by IVAC.
    • YOU can now do the follow up with your IVAC agent for their approval.

Step 3. Once your IVAC agent approves the cost assessment…

    • Ask your IVAC / CNESST agent to contact Mr. Manoli: (438) 392-4683
    • We will contact YOU to coordinate our mutual availability to begin training:
    • YOU will receive a training preparation file (2 pages):
      • Exact address; Waiver form to fill out; What to bring & wear, etc.
    • If you wish, you can be accompanied by a relative or friend (moral support).
    • Together & at your pace, we will cover:
          • Crime prevention & Street Smart strategies.
          • 4 classes: Stand-up attack simulations.
          • 4 classes: Ground & stand-up attack simulations.
    • We will invoice IVAC / CNESST for your private self-defense sessions.
