Karate training outside in our beautiful, snowy wonderland. A different world when wearing boots, gloves and trying to grapple, punch and kick. A good experience was had by all participants. What a force to reckon with. Empowerment through 'hands-on' attack simulations. Learn to swim by swimming. Hats off to them. www.manoli.ca, October, 2021 Collège Charlemagne, teens 'hands-on' self-defence course given as an after school program. Our six week course incorporates live attack simulations against someone we know, someone we don't know, standing, confined spaces, outside, blind folded and lying down attacks. This is an all out war against someone who wants to do us harm. So proud of these girls who fought tooth and nail during every attack. ATTITUDE IS THE KEY. December, 2019.
