155 teenage girls participated on our 6 weeks "hands-on" women's self-defence course at Marie Clarac school, in Montreal. What a challenge these girls were. Empowerment and hard work in order to manage the chaos and panic that occurs during a harmful confrontation. So proud of all the participants. January to April, 2022. www.manoli.ca . Outside training at the Beaconsfield Recreation Center Karate and JiuJitsu club. Nov. 2019 A 'hands-on' women's self-defence course for new arrivals to Canada. Oct. 2019 Instinct, do whatever it takes to get out of trouble - Sacred Heart School, mom and teens 'hands-on' attack simulations, self-defence workshop. April, 2019. These ladies were dynamite. Determined, focused and above all 'No! Means 'No!' Bravo to all the participants and to those who organized it. Our new yellow belts Grappling in the snow. Karate and JiuJitsu class outside today.
