January 31, 2023 - Palm Beach Garden BJJ and fitness center - Florida. No-Gi grappling with these wonderful people. My son Nicolas came along (far right) for the experience, what a joy to roll with these wonderful warriors. Hopefully will be back in a couple of months City of Westmount "hands-on" women's self-defence workshop. Covered stand-up attacks and ground simulations. Job well done by all participants.
