Feb. 10, 2019 We worked on various hands-on attack simulations including: someone we know, someone we don't know, confined spaces, blindfold attacks and of course standing brought to the floor, lying down and any attack their little heart desired. We also had them work passive resistance and what to do if nothing worked on this guy. A full day of non-stop action.

June, 2022 Morneau/Chepell 'hands-on', simulation oriented, women's self-defence workshop. Second group of wild, motivated and determined women. Downtown Montreal, Canada. Blindfolded attack.....BE ENRAGED - Oct. 2019 What a fantastic fourth and final session before returning back home to Montreal (-16 degrees). We had two black belt visitors come train with us. One black belt was from the famous Roberto Abreu school (also known as “Cyborg” from the famous Nova Geracao Fight Sports Team), the other Black belt was from Schlosser BJJ academy (Juno Beach, Florida). All this mixed with our ten students and away we went. A full hour of rolling - 5 minute rounds, 1 minute rest. Needless to say, I lost, I won, I learned, I laughed and I was truly humbled by the experience of training with these wonderful warriors. Dec. 2018. Palm Beach, Florida.
