Collège de Montréal, Nov. 1, 2024 Autodéfense, Santé globale, école secondaire des Chutes May, 2019 What a fantastic fourth and final session before returning back home to Montreal (-16 degrees). We had two black belt visitors come train with us. One black belt was from the famous Roberto Abreu school (also known as “Cyborg” from the famous Nova Geracao Fight Sports Team), the other Black belt was from Schlosser BJJ academy (Juno Beach, Florida). All this mixed with our ten students and away we went. A full hour of rolling - 5 minute rounds, 1 minute rest. Needless to say, I lost, I won, I learned, I laughed and I was truly humbled by the experience of training with these wonderful warriors. Dec. 2018. Palm Beach, Florida.
