September 19, 2020. Small group 'hands-on' women & teens self-defence workshop. Good to be back once again empowering these wonderful people. Lesson learnt - Depend on your animal, survival instincts....disrupt his plan any which way you can. Your resistance strategies fall into 3 basic categories: verbal, physical and passive resistance (feinting illness, acting crazy, urinating, etc.). Empowerment through 'hands-on' attack simulations.

'Kombini news' from Paris, France came in today to film our 'hands-on' attack simulation women's self-defence course. They are in Montreal for the École Polytechnique massacre and are planning to do a show on violence made towards to women. They chose our course due to the realistic 'no thrills' approach we use in order to empower women and teens. College Charlemagne. December 7, 2019.

Our six week course incorporates live attack simulations against someone we know, someone we don't know, standing, confined spaces, outside, blind folded and lying down attacks. This is an all out war against someone who wants to do us harm. So proud of these girls who fought tooth and nail during every attack. ATTITUDE IS THE KEY. December, 2019

Royal West Academy, April - 2025. Awesome group of women, a force to reckon with Collège de Montréal, Nov. 1, 2024 Mirabel Koshiki Karate Cup, March 23, 2024. Five of our children students from the Beaconsfield Karate & Jiujitsu club participated in the Mirabal Koshiki Karate Cup and 4 medals were brought home. We were 4 instructors/simulators for this dynamic workshop which incorporated what to do if attacked standing and thrown to the ground. Job well done by all. We empowered these wonderful people who face sooo many obstacles in their lives. We gave them options on what they can do if confronted.
