Inter-club Koshiki Contact Karate tournament - May 31, 2025. Three different fighting styles were represented: Beaconsfield Kenkokan Karate Club (Shihan Manoli); St. Leonard Kyokushin Karate club (Shihan J. Adesso) & Montreal North Shotokan Karate (Sensei A. Clairmeus). Bravo to all participants!

Mirabel Koshiki karate tournament. March 22, 2025. Eight of our club members participated in this hard contact karate tournament. Our students brought back 6 medals. JAVIER (Gold in fighting - adult, yellow / orange belt), VLAD (Silver in fighting - adult, yellow / orange belt), ANNE (Bronze in fighting - women's open division, all belts combined), FRANCIS (Silver in fighting - adults, white / Yellow), EMILY (Silver in fighting - children, yellow / orange belt), NOZHAN ( Silver in Kata - children, white / yellow). Bravo! Hard work pays off as always.

Koshiki Karate tournament - Mirabel, Qc. March 23, 2024. Super performance from our adult students : Mike & Vlad who at our Beaconsfield karate & Jiujitsu club participated in the Mirabel Koshiki tournament. Both reached the winners podium: MIKE (wearing glasses) won GOLD in the adult organe & yellow belt Fighting division & SILVER in the Kata section. Vlad won GOLD in the Kata division (he did not fight due to an eye injury). Hard work certainly pays off. BRAVO! Mirabel Koshiki Karate Cup, March 23, 2024. Five of our children students from the Beaconsfield Karate & Jiujitsu club participated in the Mirabal Koshiki Karate Cup and 4 medals were brought home. L-R: Gideon (Silver - Kata), Liam (Gold Kata & Silver fighting), Emma (Bronze - fighting). Well done to all who participated in the tournament.

Attacks simulations done - someone we know, stranger/danger, verbal & sexual harassment, confined spaces and much more. www.manoli.ca Small group women's "hands-on" self-defence workshop.
