Inter-club Koshiki Contact Karate tournament - May 31, 2025. Three different fighting styles were represented: Beaconsfield Kenkokan Karate Club (Shihan Manoli); St. Leonard Kyokushin Karate club (Shihan J. Adesso) & Montreal North Shotokan Karate (Sensei A. Clairmeus). Bravo to all participants!

Mirabel Koshiki karate tournament. March 22, 2025. Eight of our club members participated in this hard contact karate tournament. Our students brought back 6 medals. JAVIER (Gold in fighting - adult, yellow / orange belt), VLAD (Silver in fighting - adult, yellow / orange belt), ANNE (Bronze in fighting - women's open division, all belts combined), FRANCIS (Silver in fighting - adults, white / Yellow), EMILY (Silver in fighting - children, yellow / orange belt), NOZHAN ( Silver in Kata - children, white / yellow). Bravo! Hard work pays off as always.

Koshiki Karate tournament - Mirabel, Qc. March 23, 2024. Super performance from our adult students : Mike & Vlad who at our Beaconsfield karate & Jiujitsu club participated in the Mirabel Koshiki tournament. Both reached the winners podium: MIKE (wearing glasses) won GOLD in the adult organe & yellow belt Fighting division & SILVER in the Kata section. Vlad won GOLD in the Kata division (he did not fight due to an eye injury). Hard work certainly pays off. BRAVO! Royal West Academy, April - 2025. Awesome group of women, a force to reckon with Centre récréatif Poupart - 6 week "Hands-on" women's self-defence course given by my son Nicolas Manoli. Great to see the passion of helping others lives on. April - May, 2023 Small group self-defence workshop - Feb. 12, 2023 Canada post, women empowerment day in Three Rivers, Qc. Feb. 10, 2019 We worked on various hands-on attack simulations including: someone we know, someone we don't know, confined spaces, blindfold attacks and of course standing brought to the floor, lying down and any attack their little heart desired. We also had them work passive resistance and what to do if nothing worked on this guy. A full day of non-stop action. Blindfolded ground attack with a knife - students choice. Villa Maria high school. Hands-on Self defence course for teens (boys and girls). September - November 2018. Marie Clarac high school for girls. Women's self-defence course. Fighting from the ground.
