We had two Judokas visit our club today from Club de Judo Anjou. Karl is a Black belt and Marco is a brown belt. Great training session. They did both ground freighting and stand up karate training with us. April 2018. Beaconsfield Recreation Centre.

Nov. 15, 2025 training outside at the Beaconsfield Rec. center Royal West Academy, April 25, 2023. What a dynamic group. High energy, good attitude and a "Do what ever it takes" attitude to boot. Job well done! Karate training outside the Beaconsfield Recreation Center. First training session after the lockdown, what a joyous occasion. Distancing was respected and the session was divided up into warmups, basics, Makiwara on the shields attached to the trees and Kata. A different training mind set. If you don't adapt, you slowly die, so we must do what we must do to keep the flame alive.
