WE ARE BACK. Downtown Montreal, 'Hands-on' self-defence workshops for Secondary 1, 2 & 3 boys & girls. 65 participants attended our 3 NO 'Non-sense' personal safety workshops. June 21 & 22, 2021. Visually impaired personal safety workshop - June 2019. Helping others is what it's all about. We empowered these wonderful people who face sooo many obstacles in their lives. We gave them options on what they can do if confronted. Worked on stand-up defence and what to do if thrown to the ground, then we attacked Street Smart Kids Workshop: John Cabotto School - June 2019 Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019.
