Collège Charlemagne (Montreal, West island), women's 'hands-on' self defence course given over 6 weeks as an after school activity. These girls were psyched and motivated to 'Do whatever it takes' to deal with the dangerous simulations they were confronted with. Hats off to all of them. They were an inspiration. May 1, 2019. Determined, focused and above all 'No! Means 'No!' Bravo to all the participants and to those who organized it. Aron Polmateer from Ontario, visited our Dojo yesterday and trained with us.
