Marie Clarac High School 2026 - 90 girls, 6 sessions, stand-up & ground attack simulations experiences by each participant. Bravo to all these warrior! A life skill they will carry for ever. Empowerment through ‘hands-on’ attack simulations. Bringing out the animal within. May 15, 2024: Royal West Academy, 3 hour basic women's 'hands-on' self-defence workshop. What an adventure for these great warriors. Simulations done: Acquaintance, stranger, confined & surprise attacks - then we went to the ground. Good energy and an empowering experience for all the girls. www.manoli.ca Collège St. Anne, May 7, 2024. Great energy and focus from this group of young girls confronted with multiple attack simulations. Parents were invited to attend the last class and witness what their daughters had experienced during the past 6 sessions together...wow! What an accomplishment and attitude change from these young participants. Job well done! www.manoli.ca Shawinigan, Qc. Women's 'hands-on' self-defence workshop. Ground fighting, blind folded. Nov. 29, 2019 Self-defence for the physically handicapped. What a challenge. I had a great time trying to help, guide and understand the enormous challenges these people face daily. We complain about life and all the hurdles it places upon our path, but it is nothing compared to what these beautiful individuals have to conquer on a daily basis. My team and I do we can to help everyone. A heart opening experience. In 2 weeks, self-defence for the visually challenged....can't wait for that workshop. June 2019. Montreal, Qc.
