College de Montreal, 30 young warriors attended our "hands-on" no-nonsense, self-defence seminar. We were 4 instructors/simulators for this dynamic workshop which incorporated what to do if attacked standing and thrown to the ground. Job well done by all. Nov. 4, 2022. www.manoli.ca College Charlemagne, teens 'hands-on' self-defence course. These girls were motivated. Their heart and soul were left on the mats after they were done with us. Truly an outstanding performance. An empowering example of 'Doing whatever it takes' to get out of the situation. A true honour to have worked with them. Nov. 30, 2021 Visually impaired personal safety workshop - June 2019. Helping others is what it's all about. We empowered these wonderful people who face sooo many obstacles in their lives. We gave them options on what they can do if confronted. Worked on stand-up defence and what to do if thrown to the ground, then we attacked Canada post, women empowerment day in Three Rivers, Qc. Feb. 10, 2019 We worked on various hands-on attack simulations including: someone we know, someone we don't know, confined spaces, blindfold attacks and of course standing brought to the floor, lying down and any attack their little heart desired. We also had them work passive resistance and what to do if nothing worked on this guy. A full day of non-stop action. Shiai at the Canada Cup 2018 Marie Clarac high school for girls. Women's self-defence course. Fighting from the ground. May, 2018 Villa Maria high school - girls empowerment day, 130 girls, Feb. 2017 E Club Kohaku Shiai Beaconsfield Rec Center December 2015 Shodan level Black Belt Ceremony October 2012 Seidokwan Academy of Karatedo & Judo 1980
